Sky-High Quality Standards

We are proud of our FSSC 22000 certification which means that we have to adhered to standards of FSSC 22000 that include:

  • Effective Prerequisite Programs in place to ensure a clean sanitary environment,
  • A Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points developed to identify, prevent and eliminate food safety hazards,
  • Established documented food safety management system processes to manage food safety throughout the organization - from management and business planning aspects to day to day communication and operations affecting food safety.

The next level up from FSSC 22000 which Air Chefs will start working towards is the Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) Recognized standard FSSC 22000.

Our menu development and innovation is driven by our Research and Development team’s keen understanding of our clients and ultimately, our consumers.

Our chefs travel far and wide to attend food exhibitions and conventions in order to delight our clients with the latest food trends and concepts. Customer and Client surveys are regular activities within the Air Chefs research process. We engage with our clients and consumers as often as we can, asking all the right questions and really listening to the answers. Interactive product tastings and focus group sessions are common place at Air Chefs.
